Hi, I’m Sabrina Ritchie
With nearly 20 years in healthcare—and close to a decade as a Nurse Practitioner—I built my career supporting people in crisis: stabilizing emergencies, managing complex conditions, and showing up for others in their most vulnerable moments. I was proud of that work. But over time, something shifted—first in my patients, and then in me.
As the world reeled from the impact of COVID, I watched the emotional toll rise: burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, disconnection. Especially in women. Women who were high-functioning. Women who were doing everything “right”... but still felt like something was wrong.
And I saw myself in all of them.
While I was caring for others, I was silently unraveling in my own body. After having three children in four years, I was exhausted in a way sleep couldn’t fix. My brain was foggy. My energy crashed by noon. My hair was thinning. My mood was unpredictable. And the answers I was given?
“Welcome to motherhood.”
“Just get more rest.”
“It’s probably stress.”
But deep down, I knew: this wasn’t just stress. This was something deeper.
So I went searching for answers.
I began studying the science behind the stress response, nervous system regulation, inflammation, and hormone imbalance. I became dual-certified in both primary and psychiatric care. And I rebuilt my own life—and my healing—from the inside out.
That search didn’t just change my health. It changed my mission.
I wrote my first book. I stopped chasing quick fixes. I reclaimed my clarity. And I began building what I couldn’t find in the traditional medical model: a personalized, sustainable, evidence-based path back to calm.
