When COVID hit, everything changed. I was on the frontlines—pregnant, exhausted, and holding it all together by sheer will. My career demanded everything. My growing family needed me. And like so many women, I kept pushing, pretending I was fine. But inside? I was drowning.

I wasn’t just tired—I was bone-deep exhausted in a way that sleep couldn’t fix. My mind felt foggy. My body felt foreign. I was running on fumes, in a cycle of giving and doing with no room to breathe. The world was in chaos, and so was my nervous system.

After giving birth, I expected to bounce back. But instead, the stress morphed into something even harder to name—unrelenting fatigue, mood swings, sleepless nights, and a sense of disconnection from who I used to be. It wasn’t just postpartum. It wasn’t just stress. It was something deeper.

And worst of all? No one was talking about it.

That realization changed everything. I stopped searching for quick fixes and started asking better questions. I dug deep into the science of hormones, nervous system health, and the true cost of modern womanhood. I realized this wasn’t just my story—it was the story of so many women quietly struggling while being told to “just push through.”

So I made a decision.

The fog in my brain wouldn’t lift. My energy was shot. I’d forget why I walked into a room or what someone just told me. My once-sharp mind felt out of reach. I couldn’t focus, couldn’t fully show up—not for my family, not for my work, not even for myself.
